We kicked things off with some St. Patty's Day festivities! Thank you so much Mrs. Rubly for that festive green treat!

I am not sure if you heard but we had a visit from a very sneaky leprechaun as well. He even took a tinkle in our toilet and forgot to flush... we know because he left the water GREEN!! Eeeww!
We got ready to head to the farm on Wednesday and although we shared the fairgrounds with heightened security for the President's arrival, we had a very smooth day! A VERY special thanks to all of the moms who joined us and helped things to go so well!!

We have been working hard to learn our animal and farm signs in ASL. Ask you kiddo how to sign pig, dog, horse, cat, farm, barn, mouse, farmer, goat, sheep, chicken, rooster, bunny, cow, donkey and crops. It is impressive. (If they get stumped, look up the signs on ASL pro, that is the best ASL sight I have found).
We wrapped up our week with a special Mystery Story teller... Taylor's Grandma! She had us all laughing with her story and grateful for her gift of time!

We finished up our time together on Friday talking about and graphing what we like to do in the spring. The activity that got the most votes was taking a bike ride, what a great idea for this weekend! It was followed closely by playing baseball, jumping rope and reading a book. All great ways to enjoy the spring and your family! Whatever the weekend holds for your crew, have a good one and Happy Spring!
